What you give out you get back... multiplied

Dear Friends,
One of the biggest and most consistent mantras and affirmations I use is: “What you give out, you get back”. My mother taught me this as a child and it has stuck with me for the past 27years. Other affirmations have come and gone; this one however, is invaluable and is determined to stay.
This month I have found myself using the mantra profusely. I have noticed the daily abundance that is sent into my life when I put the mantra to use in a positive way.
Please note that if you are giving out negativity and lack that is what you will be getting back too! I have experienced different variations of abundance during the month, for example there were days when cash or material items arrived unexpectedly, to days where chocolate, smiles or simple compliments were offered. All (big and small) were noted though as forms of abundance for me. The interesting point to demonstrate here is that on the days when I offered abundance to others, I received the biggest amount of abundance from others on that same day! I am therefore both keen and certain to add the word “multiplied” to the end of my lifelong affirmation. “What you give out you get back….multiplied”.
I must be thankful to the Angelic World for bringing me to a point of realization about abundance yet again this month, for I would never have experienced such abundance and inspiration had I not (a) emptied my bank account so quickly (b) gone into the usual monthly overdraft and (c) experienced that, not so angelic feeling, of sheer exasperating PANIC! All of which led me to beg my lovely angels to sort me out financially! (Vasariah, angel of financial security is extremely kind and helpful in particular!) I am great with money you see, so long as it involves spending it, in fact I am surprised London really is in a “recession”, with the amount of money I “donate” to it’s wonderful shops and cafes. I am not so great with cash if it involves keeping an eye on it and saving it. This is like a foreign language to me, sounds beautiful, but in reality is both difficult and boring to master… (Says the French teacher that I am). Luckily I have mastered one thing where money is concerned and that is trust, trust that I will have all that I need, trust that we are part of a divine source that wants us to be rich and abundant, trust that “What I give out, I will get back…multiplied” and when and if that panic button is pushed, I trust that I can simply make requests to any of the Archangels to bring me what I need.
So why do some of us end up with “more month at the end of the money, than money at the end of the month”? (John Demartini). I reckon it comes down to the areas we place focus in our life. I have my focus in many other areas at the moment, from health to career to relationships, those are the areas where I guess I’m pretty empowered. Finances, as you will have noticed, are not anywhere in my focus areas hence the constant creation of lack a few days after the pay check arrives. My own mentor would say I just don’t value wealth enough yet, to become wealthy, she is right, my value is on achievement and teaching/learning, having money just isn‘t up there right now. Is this also true for some of you? Is your attention and interest elsewhere? If so do not fear, abundance will continue to shower you anyway if you trust, trust is something no amount of money can buy!
I’m certain that many of you reading this are or have been in the same position I have been in, in the past. That place of wondering how you will get through the next week/month/ whatever with so little cash, having to cancel plans because your mind set is saying, “I can’t afford that!!!” Feeling you can’t give anything to anyone in case you might need it for a “rainy day” or just feeling a real sense of lack. Let me suggest for you now that after you read this article, you dedicate your mind to the aforementioned mantra. I also suggest that you immediately write a Thank You note or card to someone in your life who has influenced, touched or inspired you. Do you know how rewarding this is for both you and the other person? Do you realize you would be giving out a gift to someone in saying Thank You? And now that you understand that, “What you give out, you get back…multiplied”, Go for it, do it! Give thanks, give smiles, give compliments, none of us need cash to give this out to others yet we rarely consciously make use of this powerful abundance magnet tool.
The universe, God and the Angelic World want to enrich our lives, sadly our egos and our thoughts can aim to diminish our lives with thoughts of lack and “not enough.” I urge you to stop the brain noise and feelings of lack by beginning to notice what you are receiving in life on a daily basis. Start by writing a note at the end of each day stating what has come in, I am certain there will be a minimum of at least three things!
Notice the small stuff first and watch it grow, from pennies on the street to pounds in the bank. If we cannot be thankful for the small things which we often take for granted anyway, then we cannot expect to see the big stuff coming in any time soon. Finally, remember the mantra and remember it works both ways in life so make sure you are giving out positively and abundantly rather than the opposite, think about what you are giving out to the world and notice what you get back in return? You have heard me say that “Where attention goes, energy flows” allow abundance to be the energy that will flow to you right now. And in case you are wondering what abundance has arrived today Friends, so far I have received an inspirational phone call from a friend, new clothes from my Mum oh, and to top it all, a new red Vespa to get around town on! Pretty good hey! What have you received so far today? Make a mental note and keep your attention on it all.
Remember Friends, ”What you give out, you get back…multiplied”. Go give!
